If you're on the Plus Plan or the Pro Plan you get access to GPT 3.5 Turbo & GPT 4 Turbo. You can request additional LLM's from your Account Executive. If approved they will be added for everyone on Pletta.
Companies on the Enterprise Plan can use any LLM they want inlcuding their own custom LLM's. This provides advanced features and embedding for higher quality tone of voice, product/service knowledge, and specialized content structure.
